    We make returns easy for non-Buy with Prime orders as well. If you ordered the wrong item or are simply not happy with it, you can return the item for a full refund if returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Just make sure the item is still new, unused and in unaltered condition with its original tags intact.  Our exchange process is very similar. After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. This ensures you claim the inventory and receive your new item fast.

    Customers receive their refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund is issued through the same method of payment used to place the order and depending on the payment method it might take an additional 2-8 business days after the refund is issued for it to be posted to your account.

    All non-Buy with Prime orders are processed with expedited shipping and most customers in the contiguous US States receive their order in an average of 1-3 business days. All our orders are updated with tracking information as soon as they are processed.

    For non-Buy with Prime orders, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with appropriate tracking information as soon as the order is shipped. Customers can also opt to receive automatic text alerts by entering their mobile number during checkout or by creating an account. 

    Customers should receive an order confirmation email within few minutes of placing an order with us. However, at times some email providers might incorrectly mark our emails as spam.
