    Buy with Prime Orders

      Note: The following sections of this Shipping Policy apply exclusively to orders that are not processed through Buy with Prime.


    Delivery Policy


    • By default, orders do not require signature release for the order to be delivered. However, customers can request for a signature release using the notes section of the order.

    • Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.


    Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States


    • Orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been obtained.

    • All orders qualify for our free expedited shipping.

    • We do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

    • Our inventory is distributed across multiple U.S. warehouses, allowing us to offer our customers fast shipping within 1-3 business days.

    • An order confirmation email is sent few minutes after an order is submitted. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours of the order being shipped.

    • Only items in stock are listed in our store.


    Order Cancellation / Modification


    • To ensure you receive your order quickly, we process them as soon as they are placed. Hence, we recommend you review your order a couple of times before submitting them.

    • However, if you like to cancel or make minor edits to your order after it is submitted, kindly email us at info@elpreole.com and include the order number and reason in the subject line. If the order is still not processed we will make the necessary changes. 

    • If the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as it has been processed by our warehouse and is about to be shipped.


    Damaged Items


    • If item(s) in an order arrive damaged, please contact us at info@elpreole.com with pictures of the damaged item. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and follow through to closure.


    Backorders


    • Currently we do not accept backorders.


    Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories


    • We are working hard to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. We will update our policy as soon as we have the capability.


    International Orders


    • We will be expanding our operations to the rest of North America and Europe soon. We will update our policy with the list of countries and the supporting shipping details as soon as they are available.
