    Buy with Prime Orders


    • elpreole has partnered with Amazon to offer the same fast, free delivery, easy returns, and seamless checkout that Amazon Prime members love. Check out our Buy with Prime FAQ to learn more about Buy with Prime orders and the returns process.

      Note: The following sections of this Return Policy apply exclusively to orders that are not processed through Buy with Prime.


    Our Customer Promise


    • Great care and attention goes in to fulfilling your orders however, if your order arrives and it is not right, rest assured, we will correct it, no questions asked.


    Returns Process


    • You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. The returns process is as simple as emailing us at info@elpreole.com with your order number.

    • For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, elpreole provides the option of printing out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for a fee of $8.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    • Customers in any location, also have the option of using the carrier of their choice to return the item to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.


    Return Policy


    • Items returned should be in new, unused and unaltered conditions with the original tags intact. 

    • Once the items are received and inspected by our warehouse, customers receive their refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund is issued through the same method of payment used to place the order and depending on the payment method it might take an additional 2-8 business days after the refund is issued for it to be posted to your account. 

    • Returns are processed by our Houston, Texas warehouse and we will inform you of the warehouse address as soon as you initiate the returns process. We do not charge a restocking fee.

    • All return shipments must be prepaid. We cannot accept packages shipped by the "Cash On Delivery" (COD) method.


    Exchanges


    • We have simplified our exchange process. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it to us and place a new order for the exchange merchandise. This ensures you claim the inventory and get your new item quickly. 

    • If your exchange order qualifies for free expedited shipping, it will be applied during checkout.

    • The return policy applies to merchandise returned for an exchange as well.


    Order Cancellation / Modification


    • To ensure you receive your order quickly, we process them as soon as they are placed. Hence, we recommend you review your order a couple of times before submitting them.

    • However, if you like to cancel or make minor edits to your order after it is submitted, kindly email us at info@elpreole.com and include the order number and reason in the subject line. If the order is still not processed we will make the necessary changes.

    • If the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as it has been processed by our warehouse and is about to be shipped.
